Quico is currently with one of our partner associations ADA. He is a large sized podenco.
Quico is a really striking boy who is happy in the company of people and enjoys a fuss and affection. He was found straying on the roadside with no chip at around 6 months old so has been in the shelter for about 6 months and grown up there around people who love and care for him. He is great with other dogs and has also been cat tested and is considered cat workable. As he’s good a good level of confidence, he could live in a variety of homes as he’s an adaptable boy. He’s been finding the kennel environment very stressful so has temporarily moved into foster to help him out but this can’t continue for too long so we need to find Quico a home as soon as possible. He’s much more relaxed in a home environment and is doing very well there.
Quico is neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for all Mediterranean diseases. He is passported and available for adoption now.
